Pair device to Neovo Manager

Neovo Manager features a web-based interface that allows you to manage NSD Gen 3 directly through your browser. Simply log in and pair your devices to start remote management immediately—no software installation required.

To pair a new device, first open the Neovo Manager app on the device to retrieve the 6-digit PIN code. Then, on the web portal, click the Pair button and enter the PIN code displayed on the screen to add the device.

On the device:

Open the Neovo Manager app.

A pop-up window will display a 6-digit PIN code

Continue the steps on the web portal to complete the pairing process.

Click "Device List" from the left-hand menu.

Click "Pair" at the top

Enter the PIN code shown on the device screen, then click "Pair".

Enter the device information.

On this page, you can enter the device's location and group. This information will be used later to sort devices into groups and help manage them more efficiently.

The new device will appear in the Device List.
